The regular switch control can not be performed in specific groups (in sections, in buildings or in floors) or point to point.

The managing personnel cannot get and check if the student intentionally breaks the cell phone jammer or cut off the power to influence normal use of the cell phone jammer.
·The unfixed installation of cell phone jammer in the examination room will increase cost and expense, and waste time and energy.
Some school adopt the shielding way specific for the examination room that some cell phone jammers will be distributed to every examination room during the examination and they will be collected centrally, which will waste time and energy and at the same time, add risk of damaging the cell phone jammer so that the equipment management and maintenance will be influenced.
